Got this message when installing feeds from drush 3.1 on a new installation of Drupal 7.0 beta 1:

There is no *recommended* release for project feeds on Drupal 7.x. [ok]
Ask the maintainer to review http://drupal.org/node/197584 and
create/recommend a release in order to be compatible with drush and
the drupal.org security broadcast system. A recommended development
snapshot release is sufficient. Alternatively, run pm-releases
command and explicity pm-download any non-recommended release that
might be available. [0.63 sec, 13.12 MB]

This might be on purpose, but just wanted to make Alex aware if he wasn't already.

Thanks,
Paul

Yeah, so not quite ready yet :-)

The main reason is that the DRUPAL-7--2 branch is moving so fast that the release is more like a place holder. Please check out from CVS if you're using Feeds in 7.

I'd like to keep the 7 release 'non-recommended' until we're a little better stabilized. That doesn't mean we have to wait for beta.

Also note that the fact that we are in alpha, means for Feeds that API's *can* change - and in fact they will. There will always be an upgrade path though.

There are some exciting changes in 7. A quick skim of the CHANGELOG.txt should fill you in.
