I'm using Glossify on my site, but I've noticed that since enabling it, I get a broken tag after embedded content like YouTube videos. I've switched the module off and that's cleared the problem up, re-enabling the module reintroduced the problem.

Any tips on clearing this up?

hello - the new version of Glossify (3.beta9) allows excluding of HTML tags - but you have to be careful when testing the version, because links are not created like earlier on the fly - they are cached on node save so you would have to resave all your nodes to have all links. So better first test on an dev environment.
