Draggable Role-profile assignments [#938988]

Instead of using the old fashion way of selecting weight from a drop down box for each profile, which also limits users to specific integers, I would like to see a draggable interface for Role-profile assignments.

With the exception of user#1 which have to be fixed at the top as usual.

I'd like to see this too.

Simple as I am, I just spent a good 15 minutes trying to work out why the profile settings weren't working for a particular user, before I noticed that all the profile weights were set to 0 (and the user had multiple roles). Elsewhere in D7UX, weights are automatically assigned to increment from the top row to the bottom row (in a draggable interface).
