Broken link after deletion confirmation or cancellation

Hi,
when I try to delete a file the last confirmation page has broken links to

http://my.domain/?q=/%3Fq%3Dmodulistica--- if clean URL isoff
http://modulistica/ --- if clean URL is on

also in the same page Delete is a Button and cancel is a link
