Users create their own album on their profiles

Hello,

I have a problem which I hope someone here could help me with. Basically, I want users to create their own photo albums. However, I am not sure how to go about it. It should ideally be similar to Facebook or any other SNS where users can upload their photos on their profiles. So far, I have looked at earlier threads but I am not able to find a correct walkthrough which could help me.
Essentially, I want to be able to do the following:
1- user upload photo (so user creates content and there should be a link pointing at the add photo page)
2- Once created, album is created
3- User shoul retrieve album created and click on a link that says "view photo album"
