Content taxonomy field not saved when used in content profile during registration

Hi,

It seems that this issue is an issue of Hierarchical Select: I use a Content Taxonomy cck-field in a content profile which is used during registration process. When I choose Hierarchical Select for this field as the widget the values chosen from the user are not saved. Which means if you have a look into this profile node the field is empty. But if the user logs in and changes the field values or the admin changes the value the changes are saved correctly.

Everything works fine if I use the usual taxonomy field - even with Hierarchical Select - during registration process: the chosen terms are saved correctly. Just if I use Content Taxonomy in connection with Hierarchical Select the terms the user had chosen during registration are not saved. Any ideas why this can happen?
