Standardize location storage solution

As we introduce geographic functionality, there is a need to standardize on a storage mechanism.

There are several options available, including:

• Location
• Geo
• Custom number or text field to store lon/lat
• Trackfield
• Geofield
• Geolocation field

Of these, Geofield seems the best fit with the draft Debut selection criteria, #946394: Define/refine criteria for selecting from among candiate solutions: standards based, well designed APIs, relatively slim, etc.

So propose standardizing on Geofield.
