Issue Summary
We have discovered that the "You are going to email the following" section with the link to the page confuses users. They think they are supposed to click the link instead of the submit button, and then they get frustrated. We would like the ability to turn that section off.

Patch to add the ability to turn off the 'You are going to email the following' part of the 'Email this page' section.
The options is located in the Default values for Email this page.
