When I set minDate or MaxDate the Datepicker put "label" tag instead off "a". I use date_popup form element with my spec module. I set it with some spec JavaScript code.

There is a path, which resolve this issue.

I'm sorry but the Drupal 6 version of this module is no longer supported. That said, I appreciate the time you spent on this.
