Bugs/nested links and request for useful basic functions

Issue Summary

I don't know if this is for version 6 too, but version 5 seems to have some bugs and other issues.

Something that's a bad issue is that glossify makes links inside links, which is true with both original links and those made with this module; If I have nodes 'Car' and 'Car, red', text 'Car' is transformed into 'Car, red'. To ensure correct term linking, perhaps order should als be defined for sql-select (-> .' ORDER BY length(title) DESC' )

I mentioned already about not cleaning up titles in another issue post, which gives errors if there's any /'s in the titles.

And a feature request - first, an option to use non-case sensitive matching would be great.

Second - I believe this doesn't work for comments yet? Drupal forum uses comments for replies, where this functionality would be extremely useful.

Also weights for node types where to link to could be useful, if there's similar titles.

Other than those issues, I think this is a magnificent module, thanks for doing it!
