Capacity to import content (cases, users, dates, states...) from casetracker 5 to casetracker 6.

Upgrading from D5 to D6 should work. From the sound of your ticket you might want the Node import module: http://drupal.org/project/node_import as importing users+cases (and in reality, importing in general) really isn't inside the scope of Case Tracker.
