First of all, thanks for the great module - it really is useful and makes options for clients clear and simple.

I've been testing to module to show media in posts: ie:
Show nothing
Show images
show video
Show images and video

Which works great. I am using the media embed CCk field and image fields.

One thing though - if I upload an image and a video. Then change the display options AND save the node. The hidden fields lose their values and are blank when made visible again.

1) Is this the correct behaviour?
2) Can I change the behaviour to preserve the content of hidden fields?

There is a setting for this for each content type, available at admin/content/node-type/CONTENT_TYPE_NAME/conditional (it's a tab to the right of the Manage Fields and Display Fields tabs). Just uncheck the "Reset untriggered fields to default values" checkbox.
(if you don't see the option, try to upgrade to version 2-beta2)
