Issue Summary
Hello
When viewing a projects usage information, the "Week" on the first table does not show the year, which is needed now since there is more than 3 years of information.
Check the image and see how it is impossible to know from when the info is.

It's showing the current year, but yes, I can see how that's not obvious.
Maybe it's just needs to say "Weekly project usage for the past year" ?
**Moving this to the Drupalorg customizations project, as part of closing down the Redesign project.

These pages are from project_usage module which is part of Project itself, so moving to a more appropriate place...
I'm not sure this is really a bug, but I don't want to get in a pushing match over that so I'll leave it that way for now. ;)

#1105590: Add year to project usage stats - variable_set on project_usage_date_short has a proposed solution for this. Note that it's a variable we can set.
