I filed up an issue at http://drupal.org/node/971258
But I'm not sure you would have something to do to make it possible.
It's quite an issue 14006 string to translate.

It seems that someone commented saying that nothing can be done unless Commons is hosted on d.o. (which can't happen now).

Please reopen if there is something we can do.

We're now developing Commons on Drupal.org, so I've re-opened that issue.
