Email links to a disclaimer page, which then forwards to the proper page

I have searched high and low for something like this, but cannot find a solution that I can use, so I am asking here to see if the feature can be added.

I would like a user to click the "Send this page" link, but have the link point to a disclaimer page. Once the new visitor has accepted the disclaimer, they will be forwarded to the actual linked page.
