Import View Results into Newsletter

Hello;

I have been looking around at the features and functionality of this module and have found some requests such as CCK input etc that could be worked on. I would like to suggest an import from existing view that includes all of the fields that you find in the standard node view. Perhaps this can be intergrated similar to how Views Slideshow intergrates with views; that is, you add a Display in views and it takes the structure from the output of the view without any limitations and imports it into a newsletter. I find the current method involving views totally ironic because it severely restricts the functionality of views because of the limited options for filters and fields.

My appologies if this is a duplicate issue, but I wanted to put it out there.
Also, is there a place to financially contribute towards this project?
