I want to create my own Paypal payment button, together with a selectbox for quantity, and other hidden fields.

Can I give those form input elements the names required by Paypal? If not, can I make this a feature request.

To answer my own question, yes, you can specify your own form label, form element name, and default value. I note that a field id also also output, but left blank.
