AP Stylebook Date Augmenter

Provides some just-in-time date/time formatting adjustments to meet Associated Press (AP) Stylebook guidelines.

• Convert meridians (a.m. or p.m.) to be always lowercase with periods between characters.
• Expand months that are less than six letters, and abbreviate September as Sept.
• Replace the time figures with the words noon and midnight when appropriate.

Although all of these rules are enabled by default, the are options to disabled specific rules you don't need. Additionally, this module provides a Smart Date format designed to help your output conform to AP Stylebook standards for date and time output.
