Introduction
Artsy is a 3 column, tableless layout theme with a driop down primary-links system.
Features
* Supports logo, site name, slogan, title, search box, shortcut icon, primary links and secondary links.
* Fixed width layout with flexible 3 column system.
* CSS based, tableless design.
* Compatible and tested with Firefox and IE7.
