Revamp/Fork of Blockqueue module to fix an inherent design issue/flaw, and addtionally add features/context/ctool support (machine names, import/export, etc) as well.
See #578444: Blockqueue design issue: blockqueue - block relationship is based on unstable parameters for origins. Original maintainer has not replied to any issues, nor email, in quite some time.
Better Block Queue (aka BBQ) adds the ability to easily re-use blocks in different regions, on different pages, with arbitrary ordering.
Block Queue allows administrators to create "queues" of blocks, much like Nodequeue allows creating queues of nodes, adding arbitrary blocks to the queue and re-ordering them as necessary. Queue size can be limited.
Queues are exposed as normal themable 'meta'-blocks and can be easily included in Drupal regions,or used with context.
