Browscap CTools includes an access control plugin to show or hide panel panes in mobile devices using the pane visibility settings.
If you are looking for the same thing for normal Blocks check out Browscap Block.
How do I use this?
Install as usual, then...
- Visit your Panels "Content" tab.
- Under Visibility rules for a pane select "add new rule".
- Check "Is Mobile", click next.
If you want to show the pane in mobile (and not to non-mobile devices) click save and you are done.
If you want to hide the pane in mobile (and show for non-mobile devices) check the "Reverse (NOT)" checkbox and save.
