Fullname field for CCK

USE THE 1.5 RELEASE. Looking for co-maintainer. See message in issue queue. This provides a prefix, first, middle, last, and suffix field as a single CCK field.
Be sure to resave all existing field definitions for those who are upgrading from version 1.2!!! There are a bunch of new settings that the new version will be looking for.
MAJOR additions for version 1.2:
- added the prefix and suffix fields.
- support for legal and preferred names in one field
- customizable REQUIREments - whole name, individual fields, or contingent on use
- choose which fields to use
- customizable field lengths
- added more DIVs and SPANs for themeing
- added a CSS file with a bit of themeing that you can override
Am I forgetting anything?
Old features:
- multiple field works
- Compatible with diff module.
- Compatible with token module.
Would like to know if this is showing up correctly in views; if not, how do I fix it? I would love help with the views integration!!!
