CCK Required Single Select

This is a simple module that handles required, single-value CCK select lists. By default, when a single-option CCK select list is required, the first option is automatically selected. This module modifies that behaviour by...

1. Adding an option of "- Select One -" (or an alternate, customizable value) to required, single-option select lists, and
2. Throwing a validation error if the user does not select an option other than "- Select One -".
