The theme files have been removed because the theme was created from a theme licensed under CC-BY license, which is not compatible with the GPL license used for any project hosted on drupal.org. See #828098: Theme license is not GPL for more details.
This is a port of Coolwater theme.
Coolwater is a simple and clean 2-column theme.
