What does it do:
Mainly two things:
- Leverages the DOMWindow jquery plugin as a drupal library.
- Provides a drush script to download the jQuery plugin to the libraries folder.
Drush:
The DOM Window module includes a drush command that will download the jQuery plugin for you.
