Function: Allow access for private files by user points.
Dependencies: Userpoints Module
Usage:
- download and unpack module file
- move extracted download_userpoints folder in userpoints folder
- activate download_userpoints module
- set points per download in admin/settings/userpoints
- create file field for any content type and set as private
