Drupal Hebrew Installation Profile

This profile is meant for an easy creation of a Hebrew site.
It includes:
- Hebrew language interface
- Right-To-Left default theme (garlandrtl)
- The autolocale module
- Right-To-Left CSS files
- Updated translation (see also Hebrew translation)
