Drupher

Drupher allows you to serve Drupal content (only nodes, currently) via the Gopher protocol.

Getting Drupher set up is not for the weak. You will need to be using a Unix- or Linux-based server (Mac OS X included), and you will probably need root-level access to the server (so no shared hosting). You will need to run a PHP script under a superdaemon such as inetd or launchd; please take note of the security implications of that fact. If this paragraph doesn't make any sense to you, sorry, but please just give up now.

For a demonstration of Drupher at work, fire up your Gopher client of choice (you have one, right?) and head to: gopher://drupher.abweb.us - note that simply clicking on that link won't work because Drupal.org's input filters are turning it into a http:// link for some reason.
