The eBooks Search module is a library-related module that is meant to assist visitors to library websites that have integrations with various eBook vendors such as 3M and Overdrive. Instead of having your library customers leave your Drupal site and go out to individually search the vendor sites for the eBooks they're looking for, this module allows the search to be conducted from within the context of the Drupal site.
Current integrations are with 3M and Overdrive, but we're definitely looking for more integrations from other libraries and eBook vendors.
This module is maintained by the Virtual Services team at Richland Library in South Carolina.
The concept and coding for the Drupal 6 module were written by Suzane Goncalves.
The Drupal 7 version is maintained by Mark W. Jarrell.
