This module integrates the Election module with the Droop (Python) STV counting framework.
Droop supports the following counting methods: CfER (single defeat); CfER (batch defeat); Meek Parametric (omega = 1/10^9); PR Foundation Meek Reference; Minneapolis MN STV; QPQ (Quota-Preferential by Quotient); Scottish STV; Warren Parametric (omega = 1/10^9); Generic Weighted Inclusive Gregory Method (WIGM); PR Foundation WIGM Reference (single defeat); PR Foundation WIGM Reference (defeat sure losers).
