Generate password

Tiny utility module. Makes the password field optional on the add new user page. If the password field is blank, the system will generate a password for you. So this is a admin utility to add users without needing to create or look up random passwords yourself.
Update: Thanks to improvements by japanitrat, the module now offers the option of generating passwords for all users, not just those added by an admin.
