Sorry for the inconvenience, I didn't notice that Views 3 implements locale handler providing a language filter.
This module it's not necessary. Not contribute anything new to views.
This module provides a views display extender that allows you to filter views results by current site language. Useful if you have multiple languages in your site and you want to show only those contents in the same language as the current language of the site.
In conjunction with i18 Page Views module, you can make a multiligual display, defining one different path to each language in the same display.
