Joker

Joker is a proof of concept theme that aims to provide themeing capabilities to the average user that does not know css or html.

It utilizes the theme settings page to set layout values such as page width, column width header and footer heights, as well as page margins. In addition it allows the upload of an image of the theme design and provides an interface to cut up that image into theme imagery.

It also allows the user to set colors for the background of the body, page, page-header, page body, and page footer as well as colors of links headings and text.

Lastly it allows multiple presets of colors, imagery and margins to be saved and loaded at the click of a button.

Because all of drupal should be point and click.
