Overview
This project project provides an input filter for lazy loading images as they may appear in textareas (via wysiwyg like editors and the like.) The filter relies on the Lazyloader project for the actual handling of lazyloading images. This module only provides a filter that renders <img> tags in a manner consistent with the needs of the Lazyloader module.
This module is exceedingly small but does allow you to theme the image output to your liking and preserves the original image attributes nicely as well.
How to use
You can find the Lazyloader module here: http://drupal.org/project/lazyloader download it and turn it on.
Download the Lazyloader filter module (This module you're looking at ;-) and turn it on.
Go to: admin/config/content/formats and add the Lazyloader Filter to the enabled filters in the text formatter of your choice (e.g. Full HTML and/or wysiwyg formats.)
Clear your caches and it should start to work right away.
