creating a module to extend linkit to include a target option from within the wysiwyg editor.
Version numbering sillyness:
Due to lack of forsite on my (Sanguis) part the branchs coraspond with the linkit project versions.
- linkit_target 1.x works with linkit 2.x (tested at 2.5+)
- linkit_target 3.x works with linkit 3.x
From 3.x and after the version number of the linkit_target branches will be in sync with the linkit version branches.
