Adds rel="nofollow" to drupal core (other module to come) node links.
Was on ly useful for Drupal 6 / 7 as the nofollow value for the rel attribute was "introduced" by search engines as "ranking" factor.
Dont us it, please uninstall and remove it if you still have sites running this old versions of Drupal
