This Module locks sessions after a configured amount of time. It does not expire the session but instead locks the session and does not allow the user to access any pages until the reenter a password.
The idea was taken from Aveu's comment from http://drupal.org/node/748370.
Road Map: I will be moving this to be a extention of password policy when it goes to 2.0
