This Module locks sessions after a configured amount of time. It does not expire the session but instead locks the session and does not allow the user to access any pages until the reenter a password. This is similar to how a computer user has his session locked if inactive but is able to resume the session if the password is entered.
The idea was taken from Aveu's comment from http://drupal.org/node/748370.
This module is a plugin for the 2.0 version of the Password policy module.
