1. General description
The theme has one mandatory content type 'news'. Read the requirements below.
2. Colors
Ash and light blue palette.
3. Regions
3.1. Header region. It is placed at the top right on all pages. The Last tweet block is displayed here.
3.2. Precontent region. It is placed after the mission block and before the main content on all pages. Bluehost baner is displayed here on the frontpage.
3.3. Content region. On the front page the last news of each category is listed here. On the other pages the main content is displayed here.
3.4. Right sidebar region. It is placed on every page but the frontpage. Text block, Menu block and the baner are displayed here on all inner pages.
3.5. Aftercontent region. It is placed after the main content on all pages. Some text is displayed here on the frontpage.
Logo, Site name, Site slogan, Mission and Footer message are available.
Primary links are displayed in the top page section.
Secondary links are displayed after the footer message in the bottom page section.
4. Special features
4.1. Last tweets. Standard twitter module is used. Every post is automatically announced on twitter.com in @adci_test_user blog. Also the last post in this blog is displayed in the Last tweets site's blog.
To change the twitter account go to Site configuration -> Twitter setup and edit Global account options.
4.2. Last featured news slider. Here we output last four news marked as "featured".
To make the slider work you are to add at least one published node of 'news' content type marked as "featured" (field_news_featured => 'yes') with brief description (field_news_brief) and strictly one preview image (field_news_image).
Imagecache '396x220' preset is nesessary.
The slider is listed by left bottom points.
4.3. Last categories update. It is the list of last updates in each category displayed on the frontpage.
To make it work you are to create the vocabulary (vid = 1) connected with 'news' content type and to add at least one node of the 'news' content type in one of the vocabulary's category.
