The Mail Merge module allows the site owner to send out emails to a set of email addresses using a process similar to what Microsoft Office Mail Merge or Open Office Mail Merge does. This module does not require that the users are already present in the site itself which would be the typical scenario for small corporate websites.

It is recommended that you use the mail queue module when sending large number of mails simultaneously so that your server does not get blacklisted by any chance.
