This module provides an input filter which allows the conversion of content marked up using MediaWiki syntax to html for display on your Drupal site, by using the "parse" feature of the MediaWiki API.

As you know, there is no MediaWiki API Drupal 7 version that's why I forked it.There is an alpha version from MediaWiki API, http://drupal.org/project/mediawiki_api. We migrate this into MediaWiki API that's why we suggest that you should use that.
