Movino

Movino is a collection of open source applications for streaming and broadcasting live video from smartphones. The main applications are the following:

• A client for Symbian Series 60 smartphones
• A client for J2ME capable camera phones
• A GUI application and a QuickTime component for OS X
• A video server for Linux
• A Drupal based web interface

The Movino web interface

The following modules are bundled in this package:

• Movino API
  The base functionality, including parsing and caching of video server XML feeds.
  Required by all extension modules.
• Movino Admin
  Admin interface for configuration of the Movino API.
• Movino Lists
  Provides a couple of pages and blocks with lists of video content.
  Useful if you prefer not to use Movino Node and Views.
• Movino Node
  Turns Movino content into nodes.
  Use if you want commenting, ability to add description to videos, integration with Views, CCK, VotingAPI etc.
• Movino Remote Authentication
  Allows a Movino video server to verify that the video source has a valid account at you Drupal site.
