This module send's an email with a list of changes made to the user permissions settings when a user submit's the permission form, handy for working in small teams where multiple people are updating permissions and managing the site
The email is configurable at admin/settings/permission_watch
For example, the email sent look's something like this..
A change to the permissions was detected, the form was submitted by {username}
Removed permission -> Website System Administrator :: administer switch
Removed permission -> Website System Administrator :: switch theme
Added permission -> Website System Administrator :: administer custom content
Added permission -> Website System Administrator :: create campaign contentFormat is {activity} -> {role} -> {permission}
