Adds support for Brian Chirl's Popcorn Base Plugins including the chapter and annotation plugins.

Popcorn Base extends the code Popcorn.js functionality.
Installation:
- Download or Clone https://github.com/brianchirls/popcorn-base
- Remove the examples, external, and test directories
- Copy the remaining files to sites/all/libraries/popcorn_base
The directory structure should look like:
popcorn_base
- popcorn.base.js
- plugins
-- popcorn.iframe.js
-- popcorn.loudness.js
-- popcorn.style.js
-- popcorn.typist.js
-- popcorn.words.js
