Abandoned project, no longer to develop new feature on this one. Anyone interested for batch / bulk things on node, should look View Bulk Operations.
Quick Edit adds batch ("mass updates") and AJAX functionality to the standard interface for Drupal content management, for the roles that has "administer nodes" permissions.
From the Quick Edit content management screen, you filter by content type, date and/or categories as usual - then perform batch edits on the selected nodes.
Features:
- mass delete
- batch add tags or categories
- mass demote, promote, sticky, unsticky and publish actions
- edit multiple titles and dates in the same screen on-the-fly (click title or date, a textfield appears, using AJAX to save)
- preview content on the same page (using AJAX to show)
If you have any feature requests, feel free to add them to the this module's issue queue.
