Confer a role to a user once specified requirements have been completed.
Currently available requirement options are:
- Email verified by logging in
- Specified nodeprofile nodes created
Designed so that other requirement options can be added via an API.
User Case
Useful for giving a user more privileges once they fill in their profile.
