Generates a printable (PDF) representation of a user's signup data to sign and send back.
Dependencies
This is a glue module which relies on the following modules to do the actual work:
- Signup
- Optionally apply the latest patch from #595414: Add rules event for signup for Rules support.
- Printer, e-mail and PDF versions
- Token
- Rules (optional, if you want to be able to display the application form's link as Drupal message etc.)
