Module allows user to send sms to different phone numbers or users from your site (if they entered their phone number in their profile).
Installation:
- Install smsemail module and enable core profile module.
- Configure smsemail gateways and prefixes. Look at the documentation that smsemail provide if you have any questions about it.
- Select which profile field contains user phone at admin/settings/smssend.
- Configure permissions for you roles ('send sms' permission).
- Configure module at admin/settings/smssend to allow or not your users to send sms to other users (if you select yes, users will be able to do this, and all phones are private).
Note: count of sms showed on sending form is visible only for admin user (uid = 1)
This module will be ported to Drupal 6 and Drupal 7 only if smsemail will be updated too. Sorry.
