StarterKit (installation profile) containing the Arctica demo site: http://demo.arctica.sooperthemes.com/
The demo site uses the free Arti theme, and extends it with a tiny sub theme that adds some specific styling to content, such as fittext responsive font scaling to make the big heading and button texts adapt to screen size.
