Workflow support for the Total Control module.
Module Dependencies:

- workflow overview: how many pieces of content in each state
- workflow control: add and edit links for workflows and states
Views included:
- workflow summary: content that recently changed states (pane and page)
- workflow state summaries: (both panel panes and pages for every state on your site) *new
