TweetPack is a small module that provides useful blocks for twitter users as well as leverages the Twitter Web Intents service.
You can elect to include the Twitter Widgets library on all pages to use throughout your site.

Included Blocks:
Twitter Button - Generates buttons dynamically for following supplied user or sharing.
TweetStream - Provide stream of Users tweets, Favorites, List, or Hashtag search. - SImply provide the widget id.
